CASTLE HILL WAREHOUSE SOLD FOR $1.15 MILLION

A high-tech warehouse/office in the Castle Hill industrial precinct in Sydney’s north-west has been sold by Ray White Commercial for $1.15 million.

The property located in the Catalyst complex at 34/9 Salisbury Road, Castle Hill, was sold by Geoff Connolly of Ray White Commercial North West.

Mr Connolly said the 696 sqm unit was the second largest warehouse in the complex and was purchased by electronic component maker Asian Electronic Manufacturing Services (AEMS).

“AEMS is an innovative company which produces electronic componentry in Shanghai and Shenzhen in China,” he said.

“They are expanding into the area of homecare and aged care equipment and wanted a presence in Sydney which reflected a state of the art image.

“The high tech Catalyst compound was perfect for their needs and they have purchased one of the larger warehouses on the site.”

Mr Bragg said Catalyst with its superior finishes, natural light, extensive landscaping and on-site cafe, was an ideal place to invest.

“Wide driveways have been designed to make it easier to move and unload trucks while the undercover loading areas provide all-weather access.”

“Catalyst’s strategically located in the heart of the Castle Hill trading Zone in one of Sydney’s best established bulky goods and industrial precincts.

“It’s just minutes from Norwest Business Park, which is now home to major companies including Woolworths, Wyeth, Schneider, Resmed and Subaru, and is close to the M7 Motorway with direct links to the M2, M4 and M5.”
