SUMMER AUCTION SPECTACULAR

A wide range of commercial and residential properties will go under the hammer on the same day at the Ray White Group’s ‘Summer Auction Spectacular’ at Tweed Heads.

More than 30 properties are listed for sale at the auction to be held at the Tweed Heads Bowls Club on Sunday, January 29, 2012.

Ray White Tweed Heads, Ray White Palm Beach, Ray White Rural Tweed Valley, Ray White Murwillumbah, Ray White Commercial Coolangatta/Tweed Heads and Ray White Commercial Burleigh have properties for sale at the auction.

Ray White Commercial Burleigh Sales and Leasing Executive Darren Jones said there were five commercial properties available for sale, including a freestanding retail building at 53 Wharf Street, Tweed Heads.

“This retail property offers prominent street frontage and the building is approximately 242 sqm with rear access and full amenities,” Mr Jones said.

“It is being offered as either a vacant possession or with a new 3 x 3 year tenancy returning approximately $70,000 per annum.”

Mr Jones said there had been solid interest in the auction and a strong turnout was expected for the event.

“Auctions provide a highly competitive environment for those genuinely interested and they are best way to find the real value of a property – for both the seller and the buyer,” he said.

The auction will be held at the Tweed Heads Bowls Club, on the corner of Wharf and Florence Streets, Tweed Heads, from 11am (AEDT) on Sunday, January 29, 2012.
