RAY WHITE INDUSTRIAL LAUNCHED IN BRISBANE

Catalyst Commercial Real Estate has joined forces with Australasia’s largest real estate group, Ray White, to form a new franchise of Ray White Industrial in Brisbane.

Ray White Commercial CEO Mark Williams said Catalyst co-founders and Principal Agents Paul Anderson and Stephen Ferguson plus their team at Milton in Brisbane’s inner west would complement and enhance the group’s operations.

“We’re proud to have them join Ray White Commercial and be part of the Ray White group,” Mr Williams said.

“They have vast experience and a strong client base and will expand our capacity in industrial and retail markets while growing their own business.”

Mr Anderson said Catalyst, which was established more than two years ago, was looking to grow from a boutique agency and form a partnership with a blue chip real estate business.

“We just felt we needed to be with a bigger brand and there is no bigger and more solid real estate business in Australia than Ray White and they were the only franchise we considered,” he said.

“Coming across to Ray White Commercial is a fantastic opportunity as they offer us the tools and support to take our business to the next level and beyond.

“We’re also now able to offer our clients the significant benefits the group’s sheer size affords and that’s something that no other agency can match.”

Mr Ferguson said the Milton-based agency had a highly successful year in 2011, with more than $100 million in property sales, to be listed among Queensland’s top 400 companies.

He said the Ray White Industrial office at 32 Park Road, Milton, currently has eight staff and is looking to expand.

“We chose Milton as our base due to its central location but we operate in areas stretching from Zillmere on Brisbane’s northside to Tingalpa in the east and are intending to push further afield into the southern suburbs,” he said.
