MOORABBIN WAREHOUSE SELLS FOR $725,000

A stand-alone office / warehouse in the Moorabbin industrial precinct in Melbourne’s south-east has been sold by Ray White Commercial Oakleigh for $725,000.

The property at 4 Corr Street, Moorabbin, was sold by Ray White Commercial Oakleigh Sales and Leasing Executive Ryan Amler.

Mr Amler said the warehouse was purchased by a locally based business which intends to be an owner-occupier.

“We had solid interest in the marketing campaign for the property with more than 30 enquiries,” he said.

“It was sold as a vacant possession by a former owner-occupier.”

Mr Amler said the two-storey warehouse/office was on a land area of approximately 770 sqm with a building of approximately 710 sqm.

“The property also offered ample on-site parking,” he said.

Mr Amler also recently sold the adjoining property at 6 Corr St, Moorabbin, for $512,500.
