CARLTON FACTORY SOLD FOR $1.13 MILLION

A freestanding factory in a prominent location at Carlton in Sydney’s south has been sold at auction by Ray White Industrial M5 for $1.13 million.

The property at 41 Waterview Street, Carlton, was sold to businesswoman Jian Chen by Ryan Jennings and Michael Abbott of Ray White Industrial M5.

Mr Jennings said there was solid interest in the property, which is owned by locally based investors Way Ming Tsoi and Alan Man.

“We had 33 enquiries about the factory and 15 inspections prior to auction,” he said.

“There were two registered bidders at the on-site auction and the property sold under the hammer.”

The 600 sqm industrial/warehouse is located on a land area of approximately 815 sqm in the highly sought after Carlton industrial precinct.

“The location offers easy access to the Princes Highway, M5 Motorway, Sydney Airport and Port Botany,” he said.

“The prominent street frontage is idea for signage purposes while the building has a number of impressive features such as dual container height roller doors as well as a security system with CCTV and alarms.

“The hardstand yard provides container access and the property is zoned for a wide variety of uses.”
