Shower Screens Move
Leading Queensland-based
manufacturer of shower screens, wardrobes, mirrors and splash backs, Civic
Shower Screens, has moved into new premises at a major industrial park at
Stapylton, south of Brisbane.
The family-owned company has
secured warehouse/office units in the Burnside Business Park at 93 Burnside
Road, Stapylton, in a deal negotiated by Ray Commercial Queensland Sales
Director Karen Seeto.
Ms Seeto said Civic Shower
Screens had leased two units in the complex with a total area of approximately
2,273 sqm.
“This is a property which
has it all for any manufacturing or distribution business,” she said.
“It offers a modern,
warehouse/factory with high impact zoning. The warehouse building has wide
electric roller doors to provide easy vehicle access.
“The corporate style
air-conditioned offices include a board room and kitchen and the property has
plenty of on-site parking.”
Ms Seeto said the property’s
location between the Gold Coast and Brisbane with easy access to the M1
Motorway was ideal for Civic Shower Screens, which services all of South East
Queensland and northern New South Wales.
Civic Shower Screens has
secured a four year lease for the units at a gross rental rate industry sources
estimate to be approximately $250,000 per annum.
