Popular Boarding Kennels for Sale
A popular
boarding kennel complex and residence ideally located between Brisbane and the
Sunshine Coast is being offered for sale by Ray White Commercial for $1.95
million.
The Pines Pet Resort at 1
Rutters Road, Elimbah, is being marketed by Len Greedy and Alan Gray of Ray
White Commercial Caloundra on behalf of owners Glenn and Jenelle Wagner.
Mr Greedy said the Wagners
purchased the pet resort in June, 2004, after many years of searching for
quality boarding kennels throughout Queensland.
“The Pines Pet Resort is
being offered for sale as a business and freehold package,” he said.
“This highly profitable
business provides an opportunity for a family to live on the property and generate
income or operate it under management.
“The current owners have
overseen many improvements since they bought the resort and it is renowned for
its outstanding facilities, personal service and attention to detail.”
Mr Gray said the freehold
property adjoins the Bruce Highway approximately 6km north of Caboolture and is
on a total land area of 10,500 sqm, with the kennels and residence separated by
a large open grass area.
“The five bedroom residence
comprises three bedrooms in the main living area and an adjoining two bedroom
self-contained flat,” he said.
“The residence also includes
a resort style pool and gazebo as well as a four car garage.”
Mr Gray said the boarding
kennels can currently accommodate 60 dogs but this could easily be increased to
up to 90 dogs.
“The pet resort includes
secure exercise yards, two catteries with one being of ‘5 star’ standard,
reception and office areas plus storage facilities,” he said.
“The business is run by the
current owners who live on the property and they have four permanent part-time
employees in the kennels.”
