The winning bidder was Evelyn Royale, together with Peter, Mark, Gerard Seeber (Senior Trade Commissioner) and John Olsen (Consul General). Evelyn kindly put the didgeridoo back up for a second round and the second highest bidder John Stricker (Chairman of Sentinel Funds Growth). Evelyn Royale in the centre with the didgeridoo, winning bidder who donated her winning bid proceeds to charity. The side of her left is John Olsen and Peter Matthews, and on her right is Gerard Seeber (Senior Trade Commissioner for New York) and Mark Williams.

Inside a gutted townhouse in West Village where two young developers have purchased the building and then bought out the tenant control occupants to create vacant possession. Having done so they then gutted the particular townhouse ready for refit. They purchased for $6 million and sold for $9 million to an unidentified A-list actor who is about to undertake a $4 million fit-out of this four storey townhouse.
