SOLD at auction under the hammer - $2,810,000

The agent originally was marketing  a vacant site at 210 Ashmore Road Benowa and it was sold at auction to a property developer.     The developer was looking for a good site in a particular area to build a medical centre and the agent worked with the developer to obtain Development Approval from the council.    Once the building had been constructed the agent was engaged to lease the property.    The building was fully leased by  two  medical tenants and the developer decided to take the property to auction.

The agent marketed the fully tenanted building and it was sold at auction under the hammer for $2,810,000.   The whole process from the beginning when the developer purchased the original vacant site took a total of 9 months.    The developer was extremely happy with agent and continues to work with him on a regular basis.
