Belle Grove Estate is located in the prestigious Brisbane suburb of Fig Tree Pocket.  It has a rural residential feel and is 25 minutes west of the Brisbane CBD.  Belle Grove Estate consists of 36 lots ranging from 702m² to 1784m².  The estate is adjacent to a local equestrian club and adjoins Lone Pine Sanctuary.

Belle Grove Estate was developed by Cerebral Palsy League Queensland from land surplus to the construction of a purpose built facility.  During the development period a marketing agent was engaged and had sold two lots over the previous 12 months.

Extensive marketing was undertaken and to bring forward demand, the lots were offered with extended settlement terms.

On the day of the Helmsman Auction, 300 people were in attendance, 83 people registered to bid and 22 contracts were signed on the day of the auction, with a gross realisation of over $10M which exceeded the vendor’s expectations.
