RWC Brisbane Auction sells 6 properties for $14 mil.
More than 300 people attended a Ray White Commercial Queensland state auction in Brisbane with more
than $14 million worth of property selling under the hammer.
Stamford Plaza saw some spirited bidding on a mix of 17 properties including residential development sites, office buildings and hotels from througthout South East Queensland.
Six of the 17 properties were sold for a total of $14.2 million while negotiations are continuing with potential buyers of the remaining listings.
There was more than 300 people including Valuers /Bankers/Receivers attend the auction and 55 registered bidders and to have a clearance rate on the day of around 40 per cent was a great result The next RWC Capital City auction at the Stamford Plaza Hotel, Brisbane is Thursday 17th June.
