Born on the Gold Coast, Steven King’s joined Ray White Commercial (Gold Coast) in January of 2002. Initially, he honed his skills specialising in retail and office leasing and he later moved into a more senior role within the commercial sales division.

Prior to real estate, Steven’s earlier career was as a professional athlete.  In this capacity, he was an ambassador for national and international companies such as Citizen Watches, Uncle Toby’s and Golden Circle. Throughout his sporting career he was listed in the top 50 Gold Coast sporting identities, placed as high as No. 2 overall in the national ironman Series, ranked No. 2 in the world as an ironman and won numerous Australian surf life-saving titles.

Steven is now one of the most prominent commercial agents on the Gold Coast, having now sold well in excess of $200 Million in commercial property in recent years.

For the past 5 years Steven has ranked within the Top 15 agents internationally within the entire Ray White Commercial Group based on settled sales. Steven has also been a finalist within the Ray White Group as marketer of the year for the past 4 years awarded to the top 3 agents who consistency produce outstanding marketing results. In 2010 Steven was awarded Ray White Commercial Marketer of the Year.
