Silvio Bevacqua began his career in the food business in 1978 starting a business then called Silvio’s Pizza in Red Hill, Brisbane. During the development of this business, which today is a public company that owns Dominos Pizza business in Australia, New Zealand and Europe, he was exposed to every possible facet in the development of that business. Property development, refurbishment, fit out, Manufacturing, and Leasing were integral to his role as Development and Finance Director. Personally negotiating and overseeing many hundreds of leases, franchise agreements and property projects has given him the practical experience that few real estate agents are able to offer their clients.

Silvio joined the team at Ray White Commercial Springwood in August 2008 bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and Industry contacts. His broad experience has enabled him to quickly establish himself as a top performer with Ray White Commercial Springwood.
