Russ commenced in the Real Estate profession in 1977 when he joined his father's business, Les Parham & Associates as the Marketing Manager. He is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and holds an Associate Diploma of Business (Real Estate) and a nationally acredited Certificate in Commercial & Industrial Practice. He has been a Fellow of the Institute of Company Directors for many years. In recent years Russ served as Chairman and is the Immediate Past Chairman of the REIWA Commercial Agents Network.

He has also been National Chairman of a commercial Real Estate group and has served on the Board of Directors of a number of private and Public Companies, both unlisted and listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.  Russ has a wealth of accumulated real estate and business knowledge that he brings to commercial property negotiations.

Russ has the ability to remain calm and in control in the midst of any transaction or negotiation, a quality that works well in todays hectic and busy world in which we move. Russ also has a good eye for accuracy and detail which is of great benefit to his role as Director at Ray White Commercial Burswood.
