(B.Bus) Richard has been involved in the real estate industry for the past 11 years.  He heads the Strata Management Division.

Richard had over 20 years senior management experience when he and his younger brother David commenced Integrated Strata Management in 1999. Richard has worked for a number of large building and mining companies and has a wealth of experience in managing complex assets. Richards focuses on ensuring our Strata & Property Managers are utilizing the best software and technology to manage assets and says that “great systems and integrity is the point of difference for Ray White Commercial’s service”. Richard is available to discuss asset management and provides consultancy to developers and Strata owners on a regular basis.
