Richard Devlin joined Ray White Commercial South early in 2010.

After an 11 year career with Coca Cola in NSW in which he became a District Sales Manager, Richard and his family moved to the Gold Coast.  In 2001 whilst still contracted to Coca Cola, Richard developed a commercial cleaning and maintenance business.  It is testament that Richard believes in long term relationships with his clients and achieving results, as the very first contract started is still held by the company today.

This allowed Richard to begin meeting and working with developers on commercial sites and completing assignments such as project manager to property managements.  With a passion for property, Richard completed his Real Estate License and continued his association with developers now learning and working on various projects.  It was through this that the opportunity presented to work with Ray White when a developer who wished to appoint Ray White to project market his estate recommended to Richard that he should join their team.

Richard is delighted to be involved with the Ray White Commercial team specializing in industrial sales and leasing.  He believes long term relationships are the most beneficial to all parties, and you can only achieve this through working in the best interests of your client.
