Ray has a great understanding of what it is to be part of a successful team and he uses these skills to work with his Commercial clients at Ray White Commercial Ballarat.  Ray has previously worked on large real estate developments in NSW and for a national firm in the ACT. Ray has a distinguished background in sport having played over 200 games for Australia in his chosen sport of basketball and competed in 4 Olympic Games and 4 World Championships. In his NBL career he played well over 500 games and has 2 NBL Championships to his name, he was also awarded the NBLs Most Valuable player in 1985 becoming the first Australian to do so.  On Australia Day 2010 Ray was recognised for his contribution to sport with an OAM.
