Paul Butler and Co-Director Paul Forrest lead a dedicated team that has been at the forefront of the commercial property market in the Noosa /Sunshine Coast region since 1999.

Paul commenced his real estate career in 1990 at the age of 15 and was licensed the following year. 

He then went on to complete a Bachelor Degree of Business (Property Studies) and was also admitted as an Associate of the Australian Property Institute.

His extensive real estate background has provided the Ray White Commercial Noosa office a technical advantage in the market place, with valuation and feasibility advices that reflect real world scenarios.

Paul oversees the Ray White Commercial Noosa Sales Consultants and guides negotiations on both sales and leasing, as well as taking on major assignments within the Sunshine Coast and Noosa areas.
