I have a strong Commercial Property Sales and Leasing background with twelve years experience in this field. I have worked for both corporate owners and developers. I have extensive building knowledge and my husband and I have had our own building and development company for the past 25 years. I have had ample dealings with councils in this time and have a great understanding of their rules and regulations.

In my more than 12 years in real estate I have worked in the leasing and selling of several major developments in the retail and commercial fields. These projects ranged from refurbishments of existing structures to development of new buildings and selling off the plan. My experience in the selling and leasing of these finished projects has resulted in successful outcomes for owners.
