Mark joined Ray white Commercial Toowoomba in 2009 after concluding a long career in the optical industry. Coming from an executive position in Eyecare / retail, Mark has brought a very diverse set of skills to Ray White Commercial. Mark has built many strong relationships since joining Ray White Commercial which has resulted in some game changing developments throughout the Darling Downs and Surat Basin Regions. He is responsible for the new Northpoint shopping Centre which involved negotiations on 11 individual lots and 9 independent owners collating over 17000m2 of land and will include a 3500m2 supermarket and medical centre. This complex is the show piece in a number of major retail and industrial developments Mark has put together throughout the Toowoomba Region.

Mark claimed in his first year at Ray white Commercial the Ray White International 'Rookie of the Year' award for 2010 and has followed up with the 'Alan White Premier Member' for the 2011 results.    

Mark has owned and operated a number of small businesses within the Toowoomba Region as well as numerous residential investments. His passion toward local business and growth within Toowoomba has made Mark an integral part of commercial real estate within Toowoomba and Greater Region.
