Leon Alaban has joined the Ray White Hotels team and provides over five years of specialised hotel and pub sales experience to the operation, following a strong focus of investment sales in the burgeoning regional Queensland Hotel market.
Leon now specialises in investment sales for major metropolitan hotels, portfolios and regional hotels and motels within Queensland and New South Wales.
In a short space of time, Leon has developed a strong stable of key national stalwarts and regional hotel operators, this has proved to be of great assistance by enabling him to successfully negotiate in excess of $100 million of Hotel / Motel assets, making him one of the industry's most active hotel investment sales identities.
As a third generation hotelier, Leon boasts extensive operational experience and on-the-ground knowledge of the Australian hotels sector. Leon is passionate about providing prospective purchasers with an insight into the value add opportunities that exist within assets, this subsequently provides a massive benefit to a sales process and the overall price realisation achieved for an asset.
