Kelly joined Ray White Commercial Springwood in 2008 employed as administrator/receptionist, falling into the various roles of property managing, trust accounting, marketing, sales support, and office managing due to requirements of a developing small business.

Kelly's previous experiences prior to this position involved Property Management for 2 years for 120 residential properties, child care assistant, retail industry and 15 years self employed joint venture in a drafting company, working as administrator, advertiser for business, submission of plans to various councils, debt collecting, and often sent out to vacant block of lands, to take levels using a dumpy level (used to gather and/or transfer elevations (levels) during site surveys or prior to building construction).
