John has over 24 years experience in office leasing commencing with Ray White Commercial Cairns in 1987. John has been involved in the Brisbane CBD for the past 19 years, when in 1994 he commenced with Jones Lang Wootton in the office leasing division and went to become Director of Brisbane Leasing. In October of 2004, Ray White Commercial Asset Leasing was formed, with the desire to operate a commercial leasing business in the most effective and efficient manner.  Since the formation of RWCAL they have developed and continued strong relationships with Australia’s biggest institutional owners such as GPT, Investa, QIC and APPF plus Brisbane local owners and developers such as Aria Property International, Mur Group, Dimension Properties.
