John has 20 years of experience in all facets of the commercial property business. His role has been as a director of a large privately owned investment and development company specialising in retail, commercial and investment properties within the central business district, city fringe and industrial areas of Brisbane and has also been a commercial leasing consultant with Ray White/Richard Ellis Property Consultants.

John's role required sequential responsibility as each project progressed. These were Preliminary Feasibility, Project Manager, Leasing Manager and Property Manager involving 400 separate tenants ranging from small business to multi national clients.

A large number of the buildings John managed had been purchased vacant possession and one of his roles was to procure a suitable tenant mix for each building, consisting of smaller professional groups to larger multi national tenants.
