Joe Allan’s career in Real Estate started in Northern NSW 9 years ago. His initial experience commenced as a residential and commercial property manager, growing a residential rent roll and consolidating a commercial portfolio. This hands on experience with one of the most difficult jobs in the industry has given Joe some essential skills in dispute resolution and negotiating lengthy contracts.

Since this grounding, Joe’s sales and leasing experience has developed into various roles through the commercial and industrial sector of the SEQ and Northern NSW industrial markets. Now as an experienced marketer Joe has sold properties such as ‘Australia Post’ distribution centres, ‘Gold Coast Sun Newspaper’ head quarters and lease properties to and for national companies such as Capral Aluminium Limited and Lay-Z-Boy International.

In 2009, Joe’s career took on a new challenge as manager of the Industrial Division of the Ray White Surfers Paradise Group. This department had significantly grown in the past 4 years meaning it needed clear direction and leadership to take it to the next level. Currently Joe has 7 specialist Industrial sales and leasing agents covering all areas from Tweed Heads in Northern NSW to the Southern Side of Brisbane’s vast industrial areas.
