Jeremy started his career in commercial property in 2002, with Tim Green Commercial. He then moved to Jones Lang LaSalle in January 2007 where he was appointed as Manager of Commercial Leasing Sydney CBD.
Jeremy has over 9 years leasing experience in Sydney CBD and over this time has been involved in a number of leasing transactions ranging in size, totaling approximately 30,000sqm.
Jeremy prides himself on building strong relationships with tenants and building owners alike. Jeremy’s experience mainly lies in brokerage, but he has been responsible for the marketing of buildings such as 60 Elizabeth Street, 74 Castlereagh Street, 175 Castlereagh Street, 50 Pitt Street and 1 Chifley Square.
Jeremy has an extensive network of many offshore investors and local Australian Institutions.
Jeremy has acted on behalf of clients including Stockland, Hawaiian Group, Arcadia Funds Management, Dexus, Valad and GPT.
