James joined Ray White Commercial Asset Leasing in October 2011 and brings a wealth of experience and contacts within Brisbane's CBD leasing market. James has represented many of Brisbane's institutional clients including AMP Capital, Brookfield Multiplex, ISPT, GPT, Investa Group and APGF.

James is well regarded for his large brokerage transactions having negotiated leases with tenants such as BHP Billiton, Rio Rinto, Mitsubishi, Vale and IBM Australia during his time operating within Brisbane's occupier market.
