With a Bachelor of Business Degree and a full Real Estate License Graham has proven that hard work, honesty and persistence achieves successful results for his clients. Graham’s previous experience has been in the role of manager of Henzells Commercial Division (Caloundra), and as a Sales and Leasing Consultant with Savills (Qld) Pty Ltd (Maroochydore).

Being a recipient of the prestigious Bevan Henzell award has been one of many highlights of Graham’s career. Joining the team at Ray White Commercial is a natural progression for Graham, as a  Contractor to the team at Ray White Commercial, Graham (Suncoast  Commercial Real Estate Pty Ltd) has responsibility for handling the promotion of the commercial properties along with the ongoing process of negotiating with quality tenants to secure long-term leases for the property owner.  

As an agent Graham is very aware that quality long term tenants on secure leases effect the value of the property that is being leased.
