Chris has over 6 years experience in the property industry having commenced his career as a senior strata manager in 2005. Since that time Chris has progressed through the ranks within the Ray White group moving into a leadership role in our strata business in 2008 and since taking on the responsibility of Director in 2009. Chris has also been a strong contributor of the Strata Managers Institute, having been elected to the board of directors in 2008 and since being elected to President in 2009.

In 2010 Chris became involved in our commercial team by taking responsibility for the commercial property and strata management division. Since joining the commercial team Chris has been chiefly responsible for building on the relationships we have with our tenants and owners alike, most notably by taking a direct role in the negotiation of new leases for sitting tenants across the portfolio.  

More recently Chris has taken advantage of his broad range of experience and strong commercial tenant relationships by progressing towards a commercial sales and leasing role. Chris’ primary  focus is concentrated to office leasing across Canberra with a strong emphasis on the CBD areas.
