Now with an energetic staff exceeding twenty, Brian oversees the dynamic sales team, comprising of nine dedicated professionals.
 

Dedicated to customer service and satisfaction, Brian is a licensed Real Estate Agent, Stock and Station Agent and Auctioneer. He is also a registered Valuer and Associate of the Australian Property Institute. These impressive qualifications enable Brian to offer the best advice to locals interested in buying or selling their property.
 

Having lived in the Dubbo area for most of his life, Brian’s wealth of local knowledge is detailed and concise. Having been Chairman and Board member of the Dubbo City Development Corporation provides Brian with an advantage in foresight for the growth of residential Dubbo.
 

Brian is exclusive agent for Mr George Rice of Bourke Securities, the largest land developer in Dubbo. Brian has been involved in the sale and marketing of these land releases for over 19 years. The Estates developed to date include the larger lifestyle blocks at Firgrove and Richmond Estates and residential blocks of 750 – 2,000m² in Holmwood Estate.
