Alan comes from a background in commercial manufacturing, starting as a draughtsman, and then positions from factory management to risk manage the construction of 200 export homes in Iraqi.

In 1988 as General Manager & Director of Lockwood Buildings he assisted the company in record sales through its marketing and franchise holders in excess of $20million annual turnover. In this position he was involved in the purchasing of land for show homes throughout New Zealand. These sites required town planning consent issues to be obtained. Alan has been involved in sales and construction of commercial buildings on projects up to $4million.

Recently Alan has been draughting commercial permit drawings and felt the desire to enter Commercial Real Estate because of his commercial and sales experience. Alan is looking forward to meeting with prospective clients and helping to fulfil their needs.
